I think the best thing I can do since the bulkheads are longer produced, is to go to Lowes, Home Depot, Menards and get some really thick firm insulation board like inch and a half thick. Then using a carpenters square start measuring points from the center out across the Top and across the bottom. Use a jig saw to cut it and lightly sand it.
As for attaching it. That's a problem some sort of good marine epoxy or silicone sealer is probably the best answer.
I have two 2007 Dimension 100S kayaks that were sold with bulkheads, but at some point during their life the bulkheads were removed and I want to put some back in.
